Can I change my LLC to sole Proprietorship in Tennessee?

My husband died and I have a little cottage decorating business that we had in a LLC. For tax purposes, I thought I'd change it to a sole proprietorship if I could still keep my same tax numbers for wholesale purposes and it wasn't much trouble.
