One year after LASIK, left eye is bright and clear, right is dull like someone turned down the brightness.why?

The difference is even more noticeable on very bright days as I switch between both eyes. At night on objects with reflective surfaces I will see almost a double image. This happens just with my right eye. When I went into my 6 month check up, the doc said I had haze in my right eye but everything else looked good. My left eye feels like it's doing more 'work' while my right 'craves' light
