Did anyone else think that the Steelers v. Chargers game was rigged in favor of the Chargers?

I feel this way because the Steelers had 13 penalties for 115 yards and at least 7 of them were not even penalties and 3 of the 7 were on the Chargers! Also, that last second TD was a TD and turning it over was unacceptable as was the holding penalty on Willie Parker's TD.
