Can you help me with a presentation?

Hi. I need help with a presentation in school. In computer studies we have to present a business (i'm doing an underwater restaurant). I have done a brochure, a business card and a Microsoft Powerpoint presentation but how can i explain it in words? By the way i'm trying to sell it to them.
