How to gain "healthy" weight?

I am 5'6 and 120lbs, 17 year old. I eat only organic whole foods, I do not eat junk or refined garbage.. I don't have an eating disorder or anything :), I would just like to put on about 15-20 lbs of muscle or just healthy looking fat. I think summer is the perfect time to start. So any advice would be greatly appreciated
