How can you add color streaks 2 your hair? Are there any ways that dont involve bleaching?

im a scene kid and my whole head is dyed plum and i didnt need to bleach it or anything but i wanna add neon color streaks/coon tails to it and i dont want to use exenstions/clip ons iwant my REAL hair. is there no option but to bleach? and what are the best dyes to use?
