Do colleges look at senior year of high school?

I'm a junior in high school and i have to take Brit lit, Physics, Span III, Calculus or College Algebra, American Government, and Religion (Christian school). I'm planning on taking modern world history, psychology, sociology, and intro to forensic science though they might change because i go to an extremely small school with about 40 kids in the high school and due to a smaller amount of kids theres a lot less cl guarantees. So if i take these cles and get A's maybe a few B's which is what i get now with my current cles, will colleges recognize me because of the cles I'm taking as a senior.
