Is it impossible to get a Pardon in Maine?

How hard will it be to get a pardon on a disorderly conduct charge in Maine. It is the only thing on my record and I am having a hard time finding employment. I am a registered Nurse. Please any suggestions would help Thanks...PS it happened in 2004
