Reincarnation/ past lives?

Can i please have real answer to this question!! I was wondering if it is true about reincarnation. I have read the bible and god said you only die once and if there is reincarnation why are there angels and ghosts. Now im a big believer in ghosts because i have had a personal expirance. A medium told me to write a letter to a spirit and place it under my pillow So i wrote to julius ceaser because he is an ancient spirit and would know more about this and he did answer in my dream he told me there isn't such thing and live life while you still can. I dont care if you don't beleive me im just interested in finding out the truth please
