Why do people have racial pride but reject stereotypes?

i wondered the same exact thing bro i think its cause they feel a ethnic pride and since usually they havent achieved very much(atleast not enough to prove thier point at the time) they use others achievements to back up what they are saying. it doesnt make sense to me at all its stupid. u didnt do anything and not everyone of ur race does the same so stop judging people on where they are from or what color they are and judge them on what THEY have done. hopefully this will end ause i for one am tired of latinos and black people talking bout shiot they never did. btw im latino to
