How to get rid of these scratches on my blackberry help!!?

I have scratches on the back of my B.B. dont know how i got them when i never took the protector off and had a case on it btw this my second B.B. Ive tired nu-vinyl,tootpaste,turtle wax scratch remover and scratch and haze remover (im testing it now) it may work but if it doesn't what can and something has to work because its a piece of plastic and im not ordering a new one for 25.00 and I hate ebay so if the scratch out doesn't succeed what else can i try?
