Hypnotised for weight loss..?
A clinical study group I was watching closely last year found that those that supplemented their healthy lifestyle, of proper diet and exercise, with hypnosis said they found, in just a few sessions, eating healthy foods seemed much easier. Even those that said they didn't like salads and things like broccoli and cauliflower and such. Sticking to their exercise programs also was a real surprise for every participant. They all said that, although they hated to exercise, the hypnotic suggestions helped them stick to their program and that showed up in the form of lasting weight loss. So the results speak for themselves. As far as cost, that's up to each individual counselor as most are self employed...so call around. Be sure they are qualified..if in doubt look for credentials. Any serious hypno-therapist will be happy to discuss their training...good luck
