Iv been having pains between my neck and shoulder, (left only) about a month ago my shoulder blade started?

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, for 20+ years. Yes I started with that stinging, burning sensation about three years ago and my Doctor prescribed Lyrica. The sensation you are feeling is termed neuropathic pain and is due to the underlying arthritis, the nerves start to misfire. I only take 25 mgs of Lyrica at night before bed and it really does stop the sensation. Best of Luck
