Where to watch the NEW Smallville season in Canada...not on the CW?

Smallville season 8 premires on The CW on the 18th of September. However it isnt always easy to get this channel in Canada. Previously A Channel carried Smallville (usually a day later). Is this still true and if it is when does it begin and what is the time slot for the rest of the season. If it isnt A Channel, which channel carries it? Any help is appreciated!
