Why would someone send me a y picture after i texed them saying "i luv u"?

texed my friend saying i luv u, she then send me some really really y pics of herself on the beach.....her thighs, stomach and vividly showing...im a female and so is she....im a but havent told her fully, though i guess she might suspect...i once told her i liked her but later i said i was kiddin, didnt want to freak her out....anyways, she didnt say she loved mme back...she onnly send the pic...any idea why. thx.
