Physics question: Buoyancy!?

I'm doing an experiment to measure the bouyancy force using a force probe connected to a metal rod submerged in water that is in a graduated cylinder. 1) If I were to repeat the experiment with an identical shaped rod but made of less dense material, how would my readings change? 2) If I repeated the experiment but used a less dense fluid, how would my readings change?
